Since 1985 Inland Empire Foods has been manufacturing legume ingredients with a focus on flavor and functionality. We are passionate about advancing the culinary and nutritional benefits of legumes and believe in manufacturing all natural, wholesome legume ingredients for our customers worldwide.

Our legumes are available in a variety of forms to fit your application, from 5-20 minute whole beans to flakes and flours. None of our products contain chemicals or additives and are kosher and organic certified. All legumes are non-GMO. Our product line includes: Black Beans, Black-eyed Peas, Garbanzo Beans (chick peas), Great Northern Beans, Kidney Beans, Brewer Lentils, Navy Beans, Split Green Peas, Whole and Split Yellow Peas, Pink Beans, Pinto Beans, and Red Beans. Specialty varieties: Adzuki Beans, Canario Beans (mayacoba), Pigeon Peas and more.
